The service

ImgAff matches images on your website against product feeds you upload and renders shoppable overlays that use your own affiliate links. ImgAff takes 0% of your affiliate commissions — those are between you and your networks. The service is currently a free beta; a free tier of 100,000 impressions per year is intended to stay free, and we'll communicate clearly before any paid tiers apply to you.

Your responsibilities

Only use ImgAff on sites you own or are authorized to modify.
Your affiliate network relationships are yours: comply with your networks' terms, including any required affiliate disclosures on your site.
Don't upload feeds you don't have the right to use, and don't use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
Don't attempt to disrupt the service or inflate usage metrics artificially.

Our responsibilities & honest limits

We'll run the service with care, but it's provided "as is" during beta — matching is automated and won't always be right, and we may have downtime.
We don't guarantee revenue, click volumes, or match accuracy.
We can suspend accounts that abuse the service; we'll be proportionate and will tell you why.
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law; for a free service, our total liability is capped at €0. When paid tiers exist, this clause will be revisited.

Your data & content

Your feeds remain yours; we process them only to run the service. See the privacy policy. You can delete your account and data by emailing [email protected].

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Romanian and EU law govern; disputes go to the courts of Romania.
